Process: After destemming, the grapes are gently pressed and immediately the temperature is lowered to 12 ºC to avoid spontaneous fermentation. Once reached the stainless steel tank, the fermentation of the must is activated.

Aging: In stainless steel tanks for 6 months with temperature control in the absence of oxygen. Short aging in bottle.
