To create this wine, the flower of Montepulciano d’Abruzzo is used. After soft pressing, the must rests in stainless steel tanks where fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. The post-fermentation refinement lasts about 6 months, the period in which the maturation of the rosé wine takes place. Subsequently the wine is packaged for aging in the bottle until final consumption.
