Winemaking

In white, cryomaceration at 4 °C for 12 hours, soft pressing, with subsequent refrigeration to facilitate decantation.

Sun exposure: South, South-East.
Age of the vineyards: 16 years.
Stumps per hectare: 3.200.

Method of collection and period: hand picked at the end of September.
