The nose initially perceives hints of citrus and then notes of rosemary, licorice and peach. Fresh and balanced with great minerality, volume and structure. The finish is intense, persistent and enveloping.

Winemaking

After destemming and soft pressing, the temperature of the must is lowered to 12 °C and it is conveyed into small steel barrels where fermentation is completed. Finally, the refinement takes place first in small stainless steel containers for at least 15 months by carrying out a batonnage sur lies and then in the bottle lying down for at least 6 months.
